J. Santos Counseling is Merging with Addison Therapy Associates (ATA)

Current Clients

You will be receiving an email to create client portal through ATA and will need to complete practice documents, insurance, demographic and payment info.

In-Person Prosper Location Availability- Starting July 15, In person availability will be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starting August 15, In person availability will only be on Wednesdays. These will still be done using old client portal.

Virtual Appointments- Virtual Appointments will still be available and will be done through the ATA client portal.

In-person Addison Location Availability- Currently, Mondays and Tuesdays. Starting July 15: Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Starting August 15: Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
